- Online: Visit our website, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and pay online using your card or mobile banking.
- Physical Store: Visit our flagship stores in Mohakhali or Shahajadpur. Our team will help you select your materials, and you can pay by cash or card.
- Corporate/Project: Contact our corporate office to discuss your project. We will create a customized proposal and process your order based on a signed agreement.
“In-stock” items are products like HPL sheets, acrylic sheets, and PVC panels that we always have in our warehouse. “Imported/special order” items are unique home décor, furniture, or lighting that we source specifically for your project from China, Thailand, and India.
Yes, of course! Most of our in-stock materials are on display at our Euro Décor retail stores. We encourage you to visit to see the quality and finish firsthand.
Product colors can look slightly different on various computer or phone screens. We do our best to show the most accurate colors, but we recommend visiting our physical store to see the material samples for a 100% accurate color match.
Payment
- Online & Retail Stores: We accept cash (in-store only), debit cards, credit cards, and mobile banking.
- Corporate Clients: We accept checks, in addition to cash, cards and bank transfers, as per our agreement.
Yes. All orders for materials, imported items, and production services must be confirmed with full payment. Your delivery or production timeline starts only after we have received the full payment.
We are fully transparent about costs.
- For standard products, the price you see includes the product cost. Delivery fees and any applicable government TAX/VAT are added separately.
- For imported items, the total cost will include the product price, our sourcing service fee, shipping, customs, TAX/VAT, and local delivery. All costs will be clearly listed in your invoice before you pay.
Delivery
- In-Stock Items: Delivery within the Dhaka area takes up to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Imported/Special Order Items: These take approximately 30 to 60 days to arrive at your site.
- Production Items: Delivery time is typically around 10 to 30 days but will be confirmed based on the complexity and volume of your order.
We do not deliver on Fridays or government public holidays. Our working days are from Saturday to Thursday.
Sometimes, delays can happen due to reasons we cannot control, like political unrest or natural disasters. If there is a delay, we will notify you immediately by phone and keep you updated.
Production & Services
We produce items like kitchen cabinets, closets, and wall paneling in our own factory. This ensures a high-quality, professional finish and avoids the mess and hassle of doing construction work at your home or office.
Once you confirm the design and payment is made, production begins. If you request a change after this point, you will be responsible for paying for any new materials and additional labor costs.
Yes, we can. If you buy accessories like handles or organizers from a third-party store for your kitchen cabinet or closet, our team can install them for an additional installation fee.
Returns & Warranty
Generally, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for details on exchanges for specific items.
If an EDS product has a defect during delivery or installation by our team, we will fix it on-site. If it cannot be fixed, we will replace it at our own cost. You must report this issue at the time of delivery.
If a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty (from the original supplier), we will help you claim it as per their terms. Any shipping or service costs related to a warranty claim must be paid by the client. We do not provide warranty for third-party products that you purchase yourself.
