Timelines: Delivery timelines begin from the date of cleared payment.
- In-Stock Items: Within 2 working days (in Dhaka).
- Imported/Special Orders: Approx. 30 days.
- Production Items: as per the project agreement.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are applicable on all orders and will be calculated based on location and order volume. The client must pay all delivery and carrying costs.
Receiving Your Order: The client or an authorized representative must be present to receive the delivery. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. Any physical damage or defect must be reported to the delivery team at that moment. EDS will not be responsible for damages reported after the delivery team has left the site.
Force Majeure: EDS is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or transportation disruptions. We will inform the client of any such delays.
