General Policy: All sales are final. Once a product or service is purchased and paid for, it cannot be returned for a refund.
In-Stock Items – Exchange Only:
- An exchange may be possible for certain in-stock items within 3 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The client must pay for all delivery and pickup fees for the exchange.
- The new item chosen must be of the same or higher value. If higher, the client must pay the difference.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Imported or Special Order Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Production Service Orders (e.g., kitchen cabinets) cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
- Discounted or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Products (EDS Fault): If an EDS product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during installation by our team, we will either repair the item on-site or replace it at our own cost. This must be identified and reported at the time of delivery/installation.
